In-house, or in-plant logistics have become an essential ingredient in Lean manufacturing – integrating production processes with the external supply chain.

 

Our scope under In-House Logistics Support Services includes systematic handling & movement of all materials in the plant in co-ordination with the stores with an aim to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

It includes supplying relevant parts at various Assembly Stations by preassembling individual items into kits, and feeding parts to the Assembly lines within the optimised timeline.
